Important Information Before Registering
For any Dhamma retreat registration, payment must be completed within 48 hours of signing up.
If payment is not made within this time frame, the system will automatically cancel the registration.
(For example, if you register on the 1st, payment must be completed by midnight on the 2nd.) This ensures that others who are sincerely interested will have the opportunity to register.

Your registration will be considered complete only after you submit your travel details at least 10 days before the retreat begins.
This allows us to properly arrange transportation and logistics for your arrival and departure.
**Note:
Even if your previous registration has been removed, you are still welcome to re-register as long as there are available spots.
Please ensure that payment is completed within 48 hours of re-registration to secure your place..
Please kindly understand that this system is designed to filter out individuals who are not genuinely committed to attending the retreat, allowing those who truly wish to practice the opportunity to register.
In the past, many applicants registered without sincere intention, taking up space from others and leaving the team with the burden of repeatedly following up. This caused unnecessary strain on our staff, who had to spend time and energy chasing after individuals who were not mindful of the process.
Therefore, moving forward:
If your name is automatically removed from the system 3 times due to incomplete payment, your name will be blacklisted, and you will no longer be able to register for future retreats.
Please Read Before Registering
Before making any payment, please be certain that you are able to attend the retreat, as all funds transferred to the MAK! organization are considered donations. These donations go directly into the Dhamma fund and cannot be withdrawn, even if you choose to cancel. This means that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
However, you may transfer your donation to register for another retreat within 365 days from the date of your original payment. If you wish to do so, please contact the admin via our LINE Official Account.
This system is no different from what we are all already familiar with when booking flights or hotels online. We accept, without question, that we must make payment within the specified time or risk losing our reservation—and also that cancellations do not entitle us to refunds.
The difference here is that we are not for-profit.
Everyone involved is working wholeheartedly to preserve and carry forward the Buddha’s teachings with sincerity and devotion.
