The Makkanuka Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”) respects your privacy rights (you mean the contact/service recipient/practicer of the Path or in other words, the owner of personal data) in accessing the Foundation’s website, social media or various Dharma communication channels, contacting, including accessing various areas of the Foundation to visit, study Dharma, practice Dharma or interact in any other form, which the Foundation is required to collect, use, and disclose your personal data.

Therefore, in order to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, the Foundation has prepared a privacy statement to inform you of the purpose and necessity, as well as the legal basis for collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data, including your rights that will be protected by law.
