Mindfulness camp

Project Description
Muk Noi Mindfulness camp is an applied mindfulness training camp by the core team of students of Ajarn Prasert Uthaichelem. The aim is to distribute the seeds of right view to the youth through simple methods such as games and activities.
Ajarn Prasert told about his mother who took him to the temple since he was a child…

“My mother said that she took me to the temple because she wanted me to have an umbrella to keep. I will not know the value of an umbrella until it rains or the sun shines very brightly.
On the day we are happy, the umbrella will be put away, but it will not disappear. But on the day we have to suffer, with storms, rain, and sun, the umbrella will save us.”
